Lene Pelarca Posadas, RPm, RPsy, CFP, CFEÂ is a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) and Registered Psychometrician (RPm), a Certified Compassion Fatigue Educator and Practitioner, and a Certified Forensic Psychology Expert. He is also the Chief Psychologist of White Coat Psychological Clinic in Bacolod City. His ongoing doctoral training continues to strengthen his trauma-focused, evidence-based clinical competencies.
His professional experience includes hospital-based practice as Psychologist II and Psychologist III, consultancy roles in multiple psychological clinics, academic instruction, and specialized trauma evaluations for uniformed services and Filipino contractors formerly deployed in war zones. To date, he has assessed more than 1,000 individuals presenting with war-related trauma and PTSD.
He currently serves as a National Resource Speaker for the Department of Health on Psychological First Aid and as Chair of MHPSS–Negros, where he leads regional disaster response initiatives, responder training, and capacity-building programs. He maintains active professional affiliations with national and international organizations, including the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress (AAETS), the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP), and the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology.
