Juna Odessa M. Ortega, PhDc, RPsy, MT, CIT, CSM, CCI, DAAETS is a licensed psychologist and a certified Master Traumatologist through the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology (GCAT) and the Traumatology Institute and Psychological Services (TIPS).

She is certified in Illness Trauma, Stress Management, Crisis Intervention, and a Diplomate by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress.

She completed certificate programs in Interprofessional Psychosocial Oncology at the de Souza Institute (Canada), and in Cognitive Behavior Therapy at the Beck Institute.

A member of the International Society for Trauma Stress Studies, Juna has clinical research interests in medical trauma. Her work centers on clinical and health psychology, with a focus on child trauma and chronic illness.
