Charlene R. Lucas, PhD Cand.
MAIP, RPsy, TITC-CT, CCT, CSAT, CSIOP, MT, DAAETS, FAAETS is a Registered Psychologist in the Philippines and a PhD Candidate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas.
She serves as the Chief Traumatologist of the Traumatology Institute and Psychological Services in the Philippines and as the Site Director of the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology in the Philippines.
She is a Master Traumatologist certified by the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology (USA) and a Fellow and Diplomate of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress (USA). She is also a Certified Specialist in Industrial-Organizational Psychology of the Psychological Association of the Philippines.
Ms. Lucas is a recipient of the University of Santo Tomas Quezon Leadership Award (2025) and has been recognized as a Hall of Famer of the 100 Most Influential Filipino Women, and included in the Top 100 Most Inspiring Filipinos on LinkedIn (2020–2023). Her professional practice and advocacy focus on workplace mental health, organizational behavior and development, complex and developmental trauma, traumatic attachment, vicarious trauma, dissociation, stress-related disorders, burnout, compassion fatigue, grief, and emotional stabilization. She works extensively with survivors of abuse, violence, and neglect, supporting holistic healing of the mind, body, and heart.
